Billing help

Subscriptions to ESL Teaching Studio Pro are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.

Manage or cancel your subscription

• Open the receipt e-mail from Lemon Squeezy and choose Manage subscription. It shows your plan, next charge and invoices, and lets you update your card or cancel.
• Or sign in to Lemon Squeezy's My Orders page with the e-mail address you used at checkout.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid for, or until your free trial ends if you cancel during the trial. Uninstalling the app, deleting lessons or deleting your teacher account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Ask within seven days of a charge, including a renewal, by e-mailing infosyscoreteam@gmail.com with your order number. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, makes the final decision and processes the refund; your bank decides how long it takes to appear. See the Subscription & Refund Policy.

Your license key

Your license key is in the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Enter it, with the purchase e-mail address, in Plan & License in the app. It works on two computers at a time; deactivate one in Plan & License to use another.
