Privacy Requests

Contact infosyscoreteam@gmail.com or use https://esl-teaching-studio.pages.dev/privacy-requests/ to ask about access/copies, correction, deletion, objection/restriction, portability where available, or withdrawal of an optional permission. Include the account email, request type and enough detail to identify the relevant service. Do not include passwords, full payment-card information or unnecessary learner records.

We verify identity proportionately and explain any additional information needed. We respond within the applicable legal deadline, explain lawful exceptions, and identify a complaint route where relevant. A learner or parent requesting school/teacher-controlled records may need to contact that teacher/school; we assist appropriately with information we process.

Account deletion: deleting an app account does not by itself cancel billing, erase local files on every device, or remove snapshots from your Google Drive. We show these effects separately. You may export relevant information before confirming deletion. Some transaction/security records may be retained for lawful, disclosed reasons and periods.

Google Drive: disconnecting stops future authorized backup activity; you may separately revoke the app's Google access and delete old backup files. Cookies: use Cookie settings on the website. Marketing: use the unsubscribe control if you opted in.
