1. Scope

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies on https://esl-teaching-studio.pages.dev/ and supported embedded web features. Cookies are small records stored by a browser; local storage and other technologies may also store or access information on a device. Native lesson files and Windows app settings are described in our Privacy Policy, rather than automatically classified as website cookies.

Operator: Ian Magistrado Naz, trading as ESL Teaching Studio (the product name; not a registered business). Contact infosyscoreteam@gmail.com. Read the Privacy Policy for personal-information handling and your rights.

2. Technologies and purposes

Our verified live storage inventory is https://esl-teaching-studio.pages.dev/cookie-inventory/. It identifies each relevant technology, provider, purpose, category and duration. Current release summary: the website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage; checked on the live site on 1 November 2026. We do not describe a future analytics tool as currently installed.

Optional categories and vendor details are shown only when those technologies are actually used. Checkout, Google authorization pages and other external services may use their own storage when you visit them. Our first-party banner does not control another company's separate website. We disclose relevant integrations and do not load optional tracking embeds on our site before permission.

3. Your choices

Where optional technologies are offered, the banner provides Reject optional, Preferences and Accept optional. Accept and Reject are equally easy to find and use. Optional categories start off. Silence, scrolling, closing a panel or continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

Choose Cookie settings in the footer to review, withdraw or change choices. Withdrawal stops future optional activity under our control, disables relevant tools and removes accessible optional storage where supported. It cannot erase information already lawfully transmitted or a third party's independent records. We explain any remaining deletion route in the inventory/provider information.

If the site uses only technologies that do not require consent for their verified purpose under applicable law, we may provide an informational notice and policy link without an unnecessary opt-in banner. We assess the actual technology and audience before applying an exemption; this policy is not a claim that every analytics tool is exempt.

Browser controls can clear or block storage. Doing so may sign you out or remove remembered choices, but refusing optional technologies does not itself block access to core content. Different browsers/devices may need separate choices.

4. Choice record and duration

When you make a choice, we store the category decisions, policy/notice version and time on that browser to honor it. Retention is not applicable, because this website does not store cookie choices. We request a fresh choice when the notice's purpose/vendor scope materially changes or a remembered choice expires; we do not repeatedly pressure people who rejected optional tools.

The supplied component's local esl_cookie_choice_v1 record uses a configurable180-day expiry as a proposed product setting, not a statutory universal duration. Confirm and publish the actual duration. The final live inventory must include this record and any actual authentication, security or provider storage.

5. Updates and contact

We update the inventory and notice before adding new optional purposes/vendors and obtain a new choice where needed. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to infosyscoreteam@gmail.com or https://esl-teaching-studio.pages.dev/privacy-requests/.
