Resource Use License
Draft for owner completion: the owner approved these permissions on 1 November 2026; the asset audit and legal review are pending.
Proposed version: 1.0.0. This draft has no effective date. The reviewed version will state its actual first publication date.
1. Operator and scope
ESL Teaching Studio is developed and operated by Ian Magistrado Naz, an individual software developer in the Philippines. Contact: infosyscoreteam@gmail.com; +63 910 567 3778. Public contact address: San Francisco, Iriga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines.
This license describes permitted use of the vocabulary pictures, illustrations, activity templates and other teaching resources specifically identified as covered in ESL Teaching Studio's bundled-resource inventory. The app's Terms of Service govern access to the software and subscriptions.
Resources bearing a separate third-party license are governed by that license and their notices. This document does not replace open-source software licenses. Your own uploaded images, text, lesson content and other materials remain subject to your rights and the permissions you hold.
2. Permission for teaching
For covered resources that you lawfully access through ESL Teaching Studio, the operator grants you a non-exclusive permission, to the extent of the rights the operator holds, to:
- Display them in your teaching, including paid teaching and screen sharing through meeting software.
- Include and adapt them in lessons and finished teaching materials you create using the app.
- Share those finished teaching materials with your learners and, where relevant, their parents or guardians for teaching and study.
- Keep reasonable personal backup copies and use the app's permitted lesson backup/export functions.
You may continue using teaching materials you already created under this permission after your subscription expires. Access to premium software tools and newly restricted resources follows the plan and entitlement rules disclosed separately. Your own materials remain accessible according to those rules.
Ordinary use of covered resources under this license does not require an additional attribution line unless the resource's specific notice says otherwise.
3. Standalone redistribution
Without separate permission, do not sell or distribute the covered resource files as a standalone asset collection, upload them to a stock/resource library, publish a downloadable dump of the app's bundled assets, or sublicense the collection as the resource library of another product.
This restriction does not prevent sharing finished teaching materials with your own learners/parents as permitted above. Receiving those materials does not give someone permission to redistribute the underlying asset library. Separate third-party licenses may grant broader rights for their own materials; those rights remain intact.
Do not imply that you own exclusive rights in the original supplied illustrations or that the operator endorses your teaching business.
4. Rights, AI-generated resources and review
The operator retains the rights it holds in its original resources and grants the permissions stated here. Some illustrations were generated with AI tools. Such outputs may not be unique, and this license does not promise exclusive copyright protection or exclusive ownership of a common subject, style or idea.
Source, license and attribution details for third-party resources are provided in the corresponding notices and resource inventory. If a third-party license is more specific about an asset's permitted use, follow that license. The operator must verify its rights before identifying a resource as covered by this license.
Teachers are responsible for permissions in materials they upload and for appropriate handling of learner information. This resource license does not itself authorize use of another person's likeness, trademark or protected material that requires a separate permission.
5. Questions and reported rights issues
Contact infosyscoreteam@gmail.com with the resource name or identifier and a description of the requested use or concern. Include a source link or rights information when relevant. The operator will review credible rights concerns and may correct, replace or remove affected resources, subject to applicable law and rights.
Nothing in this license limits rights you have under applicable law or a separate license. The published version and archive should identify any later changes; a later update should not silently rewrite the historical terms governing already-created teaching materials.
